Our Mission

To empower the next generation of Maithils by nurturing leadership, creativity, and cultural identity through youth-focused programs that:

  • Offer leadership and civic engagement training tailored for students
  • Encourage youth-led storytelling, podcasts, and digital documentaries
  • Create platforms for volunteering and service-learning opportunities
  • Support the formation of local and global Maithili youth clubs and events
  • Inspire pride in Maithili roots while building skills for global citizenship

Our Roadmap (2025–2027)

Year 1: Foundation

  • Launch youth leadership training and storytelling platform
  • Partner with schools and community orgs for pilot workshops
  • Build mentorship network for career and college guidance

Year 2: Expansion

  • Form official Mithila youth clubs across major diaspora regions
  • Create a digital hub for youth-led media and collaboration
  • Host annual Youth Summit (virtual or hybrid)

Year 3: Legacy & Growth

  • Incubate youth-led nonprofits or startups rooted in culture
  • Archive and publish youth documentary/media projects
  • Establish a youth advisory board to guide community vision
