Our Mission

To strengthen the economic, creative, and social capacity of Maithils by offering skill-based learning that is accessible, inclusive, and connected to local and global needs. We focus on:

  • 📱 Teaching digital literacy, design, and media production
  • 🧵 Reviving traditional crafts like Madhubani, weaving, and pottery
  • 💼 Providing career workshops, resume writing, and job readiness tools
  • 🌾 Promoting sustainable agriculture and eco-friendly practices
  • 🧑‍🏫 Encouraging mentorship and skill-sharing across generations
  • 🛠️ Supporting self-employment, micro-entrepreneurship, and freelancing
